Welcome to my blog

This is the cultural center.  It was initially built as a Masonic Lodge in 1844.  It has more than 16 uses in the four years the people were here in Nauvoo.  It was used as a Masonic Lodge, school, funerals, dances on the third floor, the Nauvoo Legion ( police) office , plays and concerts.  They even moved all the benches out and used the inside to build wagon boxes just before they were forced out by the mobs in 1846. This is where we perform (?) our nightly play call Rendezvous in Old Nauvoo.

The first day on my new job.
